One of the Steiner Chorale’s priority areas is introducing high quality music to young people.

To that end, we are proud of the following initiatives:

1. All children and students (with ID) are welcome at our performances at no cost.
2. Direct outreach to the music departments of local k-12 districts to advertise performances.
3. Direct outreach to local institutions of higher education (i.e., MSU, LCC) to advertise auditions and encourage participation.
4. Collaboration with MSU music performance majors: we are proud that our orchestral musicians are entirely MSU students. Performing alongside the Steiner Chorale provides these early-career musicians with exposure to the local community to help grow their careers.
